7-Day Return or Exchange

We want you to love your jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Tags and certificates must be intact

How to Return or Exchange

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we'll ship your new item once we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once worn.
